We advise all Comfort Heat cables are produced in the European Union and the United Kingdom and do not have the raw material from China or Asia in general.
We do consider it sensible to anticipate that due to “lock-down” of country borders in the European Union, that regular product delivery time may be affected. We can confirm that we will have no issues for the next 1-2 months, what concerns delivery performance. Anticipating the forthcoming challenges, we have a high level of products in the stock. Weekly, we are updating our supply chain overview together with our partners based on our forecast and orders.
It is challenging to predict how the COVID-19 situation will evolve and affect our production, and therefore we will continue to be in close contact with you, and we do our best to secure our Comfort Heat partners.
